The visual identity is inspired by balance. When the culture in a company is balanced between the values of the leaders and the employees, the business thrives and can reach new levels. Balancing geometric shapes visualises this concept and gives associations to the graphs and diagrams you find in the digital plattform. The small graphical elements emphasise the scientific approach of the company.
